Magic Valley healthcare practioners and providers are partnering once again to offer annual preparticipation atheltic screening clinics for all prospective student atheltes for the school year 2010-2011. Monday May 10, Tuesday May 11, Wednesday May 12 6-8:30pm St. Luke's Clinic Physician Center 2550 Addison Ave. Cost is $15.00 per exam. Please pick up the forms from the school.
